Fujifilm GFX100RF: 102 Megapixels in a Fixed-Lens Rangefinder-Style Body
The GFX100RF is the first fixed-lens GFX: a 102MP medium format sensor behind a 35mm F4 (28mm equivalent) lens with a leaf shutter, a built-in ND filter, an aspect ratio dial and a digital teleconverter lever, machined from a single block of aluminium.
Who Is This Made For?
The GFX100RF is for photographers who want medium format image quality in a camera they can carry like an X100: documentary, travel, landscape and street shooters who print big and like to compose in different formats.
102MP Sensor, 28mm-Equivalent Lens
The 43.8 x 32.9mm sensor gives the resolution to crop freely, and the newly designed 35mm F4 lens is corrected for it edge to edge. A 4-stop ND filter is built in.
Aspect Ratio Dial and Digital Teleconverter
A dedicated dial switches between nine aspect ratios including 65:24 panoramic, and a front lever steps through 28, 36, 50 and 63mm equivalent crops, all with enough pixels left for large prints.
Leaf Shutter and a Machined Body
The lens shutter is nearly silent and syncs flash at any speed. The top plate and body are milled from aluminium, with the tactile dials, 5.76M-dot EVF and 3.15-inch tilting LCD of a premium rangefinder-style camera.
Long Battery, Small Package
The NP-W235 battery is rated for around 820 frames, the camera weighs 735g, and it records 4K/30p video. A square hood, protective filter and premium strap are in the box.
