The GF 45mm F2.8 R WR is for everyday and street photographers who want one prime that sees the way the eye does, for people, food, travel and detail. It is a lens you reach for when the shot matters, and its F2.8 maximum aperture gives plenty of light for evenings and interiors.
Optics Designed for High-Resolution Sensors
The GF 45mm F2.8 R WR uses 11 elements 8 groups (includes 1 aspherical, 2ED elements). Aspherical elements correct spherical aberration and distortion at the edges. ED glass suppresses colour fringing at high-contrast edges. Fujifilm's coatings control flare and ghosting for clean, contrasty images across the 62.6° angle of view.
Bright Aperture, Smooth Bokeh
The F2.8 maximum aperture gives clean, consistent results across the frame. A physical aperture ring lets you set exposure by feel, the X Series way. Minimum aperture is F32.
Fast, Quiet Autofocus
A stepping motor delivers quiet, smooth autofocus suited to both stills and video. It focuses from 45cm with a maximum magnification of 0.14x.
Weather Sealed
The lens is sealed at multiple points against dust and moisture and rated to operate at -10°C. It measures ø84mm x 88mm and weighs 490g, and takes ø62mm filters.
