Canon EOS R1 Mirrorless Camera (Body Only) with 512GB CFexpress Card

Canon EOS R1: Canon's Flagship: 40fps, Eye Control AF and an 8.5-Stop Stabiliser

The EOS R1 is Canon's professional flagship for sports, news and wildlife: a 24.2MP stacked back-illuminated sensor, DIGIC X with the DIGIC Accelerator, 40 frames per second blackout-free, Eye Control autofocus that focuses where you look, and a 9.44 million dot viewfinder in an integrated-grip weather-sealed body.

Who Is This Made For?

The R1 is for working professionals who need the fastest, most reliable autofocus and readout Canon has ever built, in a body that shoots vertical as comfortably as horizontal and keeps going in rain, dust and cold. This listing includes a 512GB CFexpress Type B card.

24.2MP Stacked Sensor, 40fps Blackout-Free

The stacked sensor reads out fast enough for 40 frames per second with continuous autofocus and no viewfinder blackout, with rolling shutter low enough for electronic shutter use in sport. A 12fps mechanical shutter and pre-continuous capture are also on board.

Eye Control AF and Action Priority

Look at a subject in the viewfinder and the AF point follows your eye. Action Priority modes for football, basketball and volleyball recognise the play and pick the player who matters, and Register People Priority puts your chosen subjects first.

8.5-Stop In-Body Stabilisation and a 9.44M-Dot EVF

Coordinated body and lens stabilisation reaches 8.5 stops, and the 0.9x OLED viewfinder is the highest resolution in any Canon, with a 120fps refresh and blackout-free display.

6K RAW Video and Pro Connectivity

Record 6K/60p RAW and 4K/120p internally to dual CFexpress Type B cards, with Canon Log 2 and 3, full-size HDMI, Ethernet and 5GHz Wi-Fi, and the LP-E19 battery for long days on the sideline.
