HDF Makes the Difference
The Highlight Diffusion Filter diffuses highlights and blurs the frame edges for a dreamy, cinematic look. It slots in and out of the light path with a single press, so you can shoot razor-sharp one frame and softly glowing the next. On the HDF model it takes the place of the ND filter.
New 25.7MP Back-Illuminated Sensor and GR ENGINE 7
The GR IV's sensor and processor deliver richer tones, cleaner high-ISO files up to ISO 204800 and faster response. A redesigned 28mm equivalent F2.8 GR lens with three aspherical elements focuses as close as 6cm.
5-Axis Shake Reduction and a Faster Hybrid AF
Shake Reduction now corrects five axes of movement for sharper handheld shots at night, and the hybrid AF adds Zone Select, Tracking and Face/Eye detection. Full Press Snap still fires at a preset distance the instant you press the shutter.
53GB Built In, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3 and a Bigger Battery
Shoot thousands of JPEGs with no card in the camera, back up to microSD when you like, and transfer over fast Wi-Fi 6 or Bluetooth to the GR app. The new DB-120 battery charges over USB-C with Power Delivery.
